Outcomes Based Massage

Outcomes based massage is really a massage routine that is modified and adjusted to suit a particular person with particular needs, and with a desired outcome in mind. What this really means is that for any particular person with a condition/syndrome/illness, the massage is designed with a beneficial outcome for the particular person in mind. Massage can be of benefit for many different health conditions. I have compiled a list of Indications and contra-indications for massage , which you can also find on this site.
