Massage has developed differently all over the world. Culture, needs, life style, medical science and spiritual background have all played a role in he different ways massage has developed. This has lead to a number of mainstream modalities becoming popular. I do not practice any of the "energy healing" or "spiritual healing" modalities because they are at odds with my own faith. However, I do offer a variety of therapeutic massage treatments, adeapted to meet the needs of clients in Edenvale, Bedfordview, Kempton Park and the surounding areas. Sports massage preings together a range of techniques to treat sports men and women in order to help them recover quicker from hard training. Sports massage can also help improve range of motion and available muscle strenth, as well as aid in recovery from some soft tissue injuries.
